Peter Quinn is the owner, co-founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Linking Assets Inc., located in the heart of New York City. Prior to starting Linking Assets Inc., Peter worked in public accounting and the client-service industry, including at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Peter holds an undergraduate and master's degree in accounting from Fairfield University. Prior experience also includes working at the Division of Broker Dealers at the Securities & Exchange Commission and at the law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. By teaming his extensive financial knowledge with legal and genealogical professionals, Linking Assets Inc. is ready to handle all aspects of asset reunification and recovery.

Christa has over two decades of management, compliance, internal control, and audit experience, with the most recent 17 years focused on unclaimed property and compliance operations. She has proficiency in SEC 17Ad-17 lost security holder requirements, asset reunification, and asset recovery, and is a trusted advisor to numerous companies addressing annual unclaimed property compliance requirements.

She has managed unclaimed property reporting for JCPenney and Eckerd Drug, overseeing all aspects of annual compliance reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and asset recovery. Christa has authored many articles and is a frequent contributor on social media. She is a member and past president of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) and holds certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.

Rudy Quinn is the President and co-founder of Linking Assets Inc. Prior to joining, Rudy worked as a Fund Accountant at Silver Point Capital, a hedge fund in Greenwich, CT, where he focused on Portfolio Valuation and Investor Allocations.

Rudy holds an undergraduate degree in Finance & Accounting from Boston College and has prior experience at the Division of Investment Management at the Securities & Exchange Commission. Outside of work, Rudy enjoys marathons and Ironman competitions, having previously competed in the Ironman World Championships.

Ari is an information security professional with a passion for mathematics and finance. He has architected and managed security operation centers for Terremark, Verizon, Liquidity Services, Capital One, and Cyxtera. He holds the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designations.

Ari has over 4 years of experience with blockchain technologies and decentralized finance, specifically with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Stellar Lumens. He has contributed code to several blockchain projects and won multiple hackathons. When he isn't staring at code, he spends time with his family, hiking trails across the USA, and playing the ukulele.

Mike has over 30 years of experience related to unclaimed property compliance, customer retention operations, and business development. He has previously worked for Georgeson, Keane, Venio, Equiserve, Mellon, and First Chicago.

Mike was a founding member of the Unclaimed Property Holders Liaison Council (UPHLC), the forerunner to UPPO. He has chaired and served on numerous UPPO committees including 4.5 years as the organization's president. Mike has also volunteered on unclaimed property committees for STA, SSA, and SIFMA.

Kathleen has over 30 years of experience in client services, including owner reengagement, unclaimed property, data analysis, vendor coordination, project management, and customer communication across a variety of industry segments. She has previously worked for three different companies providing reengagement and unclaimed property services.

After earning an M.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in survey research from UCONN, Kathleen spent several years in political polling and social science research, assisting with questionnaires, proposals, and data analysis. She brought those research and writing skills to her work in unclaimed property.

Steve is a trailblazer in the Canadian abandoned and unclaimed property (AUP) space, providing clients with clarity in a country that has confusing and opaque legislation. His specialty is researching and reconnecting business clients with their missing assets, and he also consults on report and remit compliance.

Prior to Linking Assets, Steve built and led the Canadian AUP practice for a global firm specializing in international tax and AUP services, achieving the largest Canadian asset recovery in that firm's history. Steve is also a serial entrepreneur, inventor, and published safety expert. He serves on the board of the Canadian Association of Road Safety Professionals and is a recipient of the Prince Michael of Kent Road Safety Award.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry, Liliya has held a wide range of roles across retail operations and back-office functions. She applies deep analytical skills to enhance compliance processes, assess patterns, and identify potential risks, working closely with multiple departments to deliver informed recommendations that strengthen operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Liliya earned a degree in Business Management and Finance before relocating to the United States, where she continued her studies at Hunter College, City University of New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Richard Amodeo is the co-founder of Linking Assets Inc. and an industry veteran with over 35 years of demonstrated success in securities and unclaimed property compliance. He has played pivotal roles in starting and developing multiple companies, including EquiSearch Services Inc. and SMS Group, LLC.

Most recently he has supported clients' unclaimed property and compliance needs: fulfilling SEC 17Ad-17 search requirements, achieving consistent owner reunification results, and providing authoritative compliance and regulatory guidance.
