What was your introduction to how a bill becomes law?

Bob Dorough has died at 94; his beloved Schoolhouse Rock! creations live on, https://www.cnn.com/2018/04/24/us/schoolhouse-rock-creator-died-trnd/index.html.   Thank you, Bob for your imaginative instruction.

Many children, over several decades, likely received their first introduction to the legislative process by seeing Schoolhouse Rock!’s “I’m Just a Bill”.  While being entertained, viewers also had groundwork laid toward developing a foundational understanding of the legislative process, as well as education on grammar, arithmetic, science, history, etc.  Ultimately, those tracking legislative activity for unclaimed property and other areas are aware it is a bit more complicated and there can be some variations, yet “I’m Just a Bill” remains a great primer.  (The lyrics for “I’m Just a Bill” are available here: http://www.schoolhouserock.tv/Bill.html and a link to the video is available in the aforementioned CNN article.)
